Start by folding your Phiten necklace into 3 sections as seen above. |
Now make a loop with your necklace, and pass the end of the necklace (section 1) through the center of the loop (sections 2 and 3). |
Fold back section 3 of your necklace and pass it between sections 1 and 2 of your necklace. |

Pass section 1 of your necklace between sections 2 and 3 again. |
Repeat steps 1 through 4 again. |
