I have ordered twice and each time orders were received fast,no hassel and no shipping costs. Product is hard to find in stores so with no shipping I will continue to order online. I have not tried the products fully yet but my son who lives in Hawaii and does paddling races says the guys use the patches all during the race on their arms and backs and they get great relief as they are paddling in constant motion for four or more hours. I have muscle problems due to age so hopefully I will get relief.
