I love these discs...they may be small but they are powerful!  I teach so I am on my feet a lot (and I run three very active kids all over the place) and these discs have eased my lower back pain and tightness.  My husband, my oldest son, and I all use them :)

I liked the idea of the Discs because I could pin point my problem areas, such as knees, lower back...I felt a difference at first but I don't know if I can say the same after a couple weeks.

As a massage therapist, I have been giving out Phiten discs to many clients to try on their problem areas. Sore and stiff necks, legs, shoulders, you name it. I am quite amazed by the response! Everyone so far reports fantastic results, increased mobility, lessening of tension, pain and discomfort. They want more! Many have ordered for themselves, but I need to keep a steady supply on hand, its great first aid!
